To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Cano Jewelry pouch provided with your order.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our studio.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Cano Jewelry purchase is backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your piece experiences any structural issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
