Prepare the Package

Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
